Primary Business Areas
- Electronic Warfare (EW). A leading provider of independent EW Operational Support (EWOS) products and services spanning EW database management systems, advanced training, tactics and countermeasures, test & evaluation, research, systems analysis and the supply of expert personnel.
- Technology & Innovation. A specialist in the development of electronic systems with a proven ability to undertake technically challenging and complex projects. Applications include secure communications, systems integration, spectrum monitoring and recording and analysis. Specific skills include system design and integration, real-time software, DSP, FPGA, prototyping, qualification for flight and other harsh environments and security accreditation.
- Information Systems. Experienced in development, integration and management of information systems and services. Skills include secure systems design and integration, modelling and analysis, software development, network integration, information assurance, IT management and support. MASS is active in defence (particularly highly secure facilities), education and the commercial sector.
Customers
The company enjoys a strong reputation for delivering technical excellence and flexible support directly to the UK MoD. Other customers include defence prime contractors, overseas customers and a growing number of non-defence clients requiring the company's expertise in supporting secure operations. MASS is a member of the MOD FATS framework agreement.
