MASS started as a consultancy company 23 years ago supplying scientific, mathematical and technical expertise into, principally, MOD research institutions and the guided weapon industry. These skills - indeed some of the people - still remain at the core of MASS business today.

In addition to consultancy in the Defence sector, MASS has used its extensive technical and innovative skills to help Commercial Industry over the years. A good example of this is the design of a simple and highly cost-effective chassis alignment system for Jaguar cars, for which MASS was given an innovation award.
