The MASS Management System is certified by LRQA (Lloyds Register Quality Assurance) as complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and TickIT with no exclusions, certificate number: 0942790.

The certified scope is as follows:

"Government, defence and security, education and commercial sectors for:
1) Design, development, integration and delivery and support of bespoke and/or COTS based hardware and software solutions or products.
2) Provision of managed services covering IT service delivery and facilities management.
3) Provision of training and consultancy services.
4) Provision of technical staff to customer requirements."
