Description:

The candidate must be eligible for UK MoD clearance for access to the appropriate security level.

Contract Duration: 6 months (ongoing)

The candidate shall:

• Design and develop RF and microwave antennas which will be used in missile seekers and data links
  
  
• Interact with internal customers and suppliers to understand design requirements, volume constraints and environmental specifications so that the final design is compliant with the design requirements
  
  
• Provide technical advice and assistance in pursuance of existing and new business, particularly in the fields of RF, Microwave and Antenna Engineering and ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of the proposed technical solutions
  
  
• Have experience of
  
  • Microwave antenna design, integration and test
    
  • Microwave, RF and Analogue Design
    
  • Agilent ADS and Ansoft HFSS design tools
    
  • Appreciation of mechanical design
    
  • Aware of Production techniques and capabilities.
