The MASS website ("MASS Site") is operated as part of MASS Consultants Ltd through its registered office in England at Grove House, Little Paxton, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 6EL. All information derived from the MASS Site is collected by and used solely by MASS Consultants Ltd.

 

Personal information

In general, you can visit the MASS Site without telling MASS who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. The only part of the website that invites you to provide information about yourself is when registering as a MASS Associate. If you choose to give MASS personal information, it can only be passed via email, which MASS will use solely to provide the services you request.

 

In the process of administering the MASS Site, we maintain and track usage through Web server logs to provide information such as what types of browsers are accessing our site, what pages receive high traffic, or the times of day our servers experience significant load. MASS only uses this information to improve the content and navigation features of the MASS Site. It is not used to identify you personally.

 

Information sharing

MASS will not sell, rent or lease to others your personally identifiable information. MASS will only share personal data you choose to provide with its professional advisors, its sales force, and tied intermediaries who are acting on its behalf for the uses described above, except as provided below (see Consent).


Consent

By using the MASS Site, you consent to the computer storage and processing of your personal data by MASS, its subsidiaries and professional advisors. MASS will use and share the personally identifiable information you provided to it only in ways related to those described above. MASS reserves the right to disclose pertinent customer information to law enforcement or other government officials as it, in its sole discretion, believes necessary or appropriate.

MASS does not use cookies for collecting user information from the MASS Site.

MASS will take all reasonable precautions to protect its visitors' information. When visitors submit information via the MASS Site, it tries to ensure that information is protected off-line by strictly regulated processes and measures.
