Learning and Developing at MASS

MASS Learning and Development

At MASS our people are at the heart of everything we do, their creativity and unique experiences form the basis of our success. It is why we continually find ways to support, encourage and champion their personal and professional growth at all levels.

To achieve this, we work closely with our people to identify potential opportunities for their development and provide training support.

Our head of Software Development, Andrew Leigh, recently benefited from the support provided at MASS, where with some financial, resource and moral support he completed a part-time PhD research programme at the Open University. He also received the AOUG Will Swann Award for Innovation and Knowledge Development for the quality and quantity of the research he carried out.

We also run an Apprentice programme and a Graduate Talent and Development programme, both of which have seen some exceptional people join our business who are now on the path to building successful careers with us.

As with most things in life, there isn’t a one size fit all approach to learning and development. which is why we have recently added a LinkedIn resource hub to our learning and development suite. The innovative learning hub offers a digital library of over 8,000 courses covering a wide range of technical, business, software, and creative topics. With the platform easily accessible 24/7 via desktop or mobile phones, our people are able to refine and develop their professional skills, learn new skills and explore other areas.

Learning and development for our people can never be exhaustive and we will continue to seek out more avenues to support this process.
