MASS hosts latest Electronic Warfare SME meeting

Our Electronic Warfare team hosted the Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert Working group (EW SME WG) meeting yesterday as part of its commitment to promoting development and progress in the industry.

The EW SME WG is an opportunity for small and medium sizes companies to come together to learn more about each other’s capability and business experience, to support future growth and enhance UK’s sovereign capability.

As part of the event, there were presentations from the customer community and MASS’ Head of Sales Mick Swift, who talked about our current and future plans. He spoke about the recent white papers we have shared with the community and the impact these could have on future capability, in both the warfare and sub warfare spaces.

There was also an opportunity for the Electronic Warfare Training team to showcase our specialist tools, BATTLEYE and THURBON by means of demonstration.

Following the conclusion of the event, Campaign Manager - Research/Frameworks EW, Jonathan Farrington said, “It was great to have some of the leading EW minds from around the UK share ideas and thoughts on some of the pertinent issues facing the Electronic Warfare spectrum, both technical and economic”.
