Learning and Development
If you’re interested in building a career, you’ve come to the right place. At MASS, we believe in developing skills that are future proof.
We offer all our people a LinkedIn Learning account which gives access to thousands of learning materials. If you’re interested in tech-specific skill development, we can give you access to two leading technology learning sites.
Every year we offer training and development based on what’s right for you, from on-the-job secondments to academic and professional qualifications. It’s not just technical skills though; we offer personal skills development through our graduate scheme, specialised people manager training and the Cohort Leadership development programme.

Our associates are independent consultants with recognised expertise or domain knowledge in specific areas. We often work with associates where a deep understanding is required.
