Recruitment Co-Ordinator

Sarah reports to Head of Recruitment and is responsible for providing support for all internal and external recruitment queries for employees, associates and contractors. Working closely with candidates, hiring managers and vetting in support of any business needs Sarah coordinates the recruitment process from scheduling interviews to assisting with the onboarding process.


Simon Green

Head of Recruitment

Simon oversees the resource, vision and recruitment strategy for MASS, focusing on how we identify and attract the niche expertise which we require for our future growth. Simon is also responsible for the annual department budget. If you have any questions about our vacancies please contact

Dougie Holmes

Company Security Vetting Officer

Dougie reports to the Head of Recruitment and is responsible for conducting security vetting functions for all employees, associates, contractors and visitors, including initiating BPSS/SC/DV as appropriate and managing requests for ‘Prioritised’ vetting, Nationality and / or Residency waivers. Dougie is also responsible for maintaining the vetting database, upholding aftercare/annual appraisals and lapsing of all MASS leavers’ clearances.

Our associates are independent consultants with recognised expertise or domain knowledge in specific areas. Associates can provide in-depth subject matter expertise, or skills that are complementary to those of our in-house team. This enables us to operate flexibly and to undertake a broader range of work than we otherwise could. We also make use of associates for writing and reviewing bid documentation.
