Powered by new technologies

Today’s complex threats will require synchronised and technologically superior responses. Our latest Joint Command and Staff Training (JCAST) offering, is designed to do just that – enable a shared understanding at the strategic and operational levels, preparing you for tomorrow’s war.

Designed to provide a unique blend of strategic and technology driven training environment, the new JCAST programme will ensure command and staff teams achieve war fighting readiness in today’s complex, multi-threat battlespace. We’re not just preparing you for the next threat, we’re shaping your response.

Developed alongside the UK MOD’s Integrated Warfare Centre (IWC), the programme brings new technologies such as AI and 3D imagery into your ‘operational’ training environment, enabling you to train as you fight.

Partners unveil advanced AI and VR training solution to UK MOD

MASS, alongside its partners Hadean and ST Engineering Antycip, has successfully demonstrated its next generation training capability to the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) Integrated Warfare Centre (IWC).

Held at MASS’ Enterprise House, the event gave key stakeholders from the IWC an in-depth look at the innovative technologies being integrated into the training solution for the Joint Command & Staff Training (JCAST) contract extension. The demonstration marks the completion of the second stage of a six-month journey which will result in a step-change in the MOD’s operational-level HQ training capability from October 2025.
